About Your New Role

We are currently recruiting for a Revenue Assurance Specialist to join our award-winning Finance team in Liverpool. Our team has recently won the British Credit Awards 2023.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the end-to-end rates process, ensuring timely setup and management.
  • Manage client openings, deletions, and write-offs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Upload bills to e-billing platforms for our clients.
  • Take ownership of credit control responsibilities for e-billing clients.
  • Produce monthly debt reconciliations for e-billing clients.
  • Assist internal clients with queries and provide support.
  • Produce bills for some e-billing clients and work closely with the Billing team.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 12 months of experience in revenue management or a similar role.
  • Working knowledge of Elite 3E PMS or similar legal finance systems.
  • Previous experience in legal billing and data administration.
  • Strong analytical skills and a positive attitude.
  • Experience of face-to-face exposure to Partners and a customer-centric orientation.
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and good problem-solving ability.
  • A proactive approach to relationship building and a willingness to work overtime when required.
  • Experience of working in a busy and fast-paced environment.

Desirable skills include advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and Word.
