About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Assistant to join our team at Multiverse. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Regional Marketing Manager for the South Europe market, helping to develop and execute field marketing activities to drive business opportunities and increase brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Regional Marketing Manager in planning, executing, tracking, and following up on Field Marketing campaigns.
  • Research new and creative campaign initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Help ensure that campaigns and projects are on track for completion, providing administrative support as needed.
  • Assist with creating purchase orders, following up on invoices with finance and suppliers, and managing the SEUR Marketing Calendar.
  • Provide event support, including logistics and onsite event management for third-party and SentinelOne-owned events.
  • Work on translation projects, website, collaterals, and campaigns, helping to build digital marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

  • GCSE English & Maths 4-9 (C-A*) or equivalent.
  • Fluency in French, Spanish, and/or Italian to communicate with local markets and providers.
  • Good communication, organization, and prioritization skills, with the ability to support multiple projects at once.
  • Great attention to detail and a mature, positive approach to work.
  • A valid passport and/or ability to travel within Europe.
