We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our well-established Taunton branch. As a Recruitment Consultant in Taunton, you'll develop and grow a dual desk that supplies staffing solutions to our clients within the Industrial and Commercial sector.

Our beautiful offices are situated centrally in Taunton, and you'll need to be a car driver with access to your own vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce vacancy and booking profiles alongside well-written adverts to attract top talent
  • Adequately source and select applicants, match to roles available, and potential future talent pipeline
  • Production, implementation, and execution of basic sales plans
  • Continual increase of productivity and sales activity to achieve year-on-year growth of sales revenue, margins, and profit, ensuring exceptional fulfilment rates for client service levels
