About the Role

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Senior Software Safety Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Product and Systems Engineering Unit, you will be responsible for providing System Functional Safety Engineering and Software Assurance expertise to help our clients develop and deliver safety-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement software safety standards and guidelines for our clients
  • Conduct safety assessments and risk analyses to ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop safety-critical software systems
  • Provide training and support to clients on software safety best practices
Requirements
  • Engineering degree in a relevant field (e.g. computer science, software engineering)
  • Proven experience in software safety engineering and assurance
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g. BS EN 61508, RTCA-DO-178 A/B/C)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
