Job Opportunity: We are seeking a caring and confident individual to join our family as a support worker for our son, Max, who has quadriplegic cerebral palsy.

About Max: Max is a fun-loving child who requires 2:1 care and support with everyday activities. He is non-verbal but communicates effectively through facial expressions and his communication device.

Requirements: We are looking for someone with experience in a care-giving role, preferably with children. The ideal candidate will be able to work on a job share basis and provide 2:1 care to Max.

Working Arrangements: The successful candidate will work within our home on Southbank in York, providing support to Max on a regular basis. We welcome applications from individuals who can work flexible hours and are available to start as soon as possible.
