Private Equity Fund Analyst

Private Equity - Real Estate Analyst Overview:
We are currently assisting Allbyn, a leading opportunistic real estate fund, in their search for an Asset Management Analyst to join their expanding platform. Our client manages over $100 billion in assets and has an exceptional track record across several sectors, including residential, industrial, hospitality, retail, and student housing.
You will be an integral part of the team, responsible for developing and executing asset business strategies. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing input and guidance during acquisition and redevelopment stages
- Overseeing leasing, value enhancement, and asset management throughout the holding period
- Supporting the disposal process
- Managing day-to-day portfolio operations, aiming to maximize asset income, performance, and capital value
- Collaborating with and supporting the Investment team in deal evaluation and due diligence processes, ensuring the viability of new investment opportunities from a value-add perspective
- Assisting in the preparation of materials for the investment committee, contributing to quarterly reporting, and monitoring asset performance
Requirements:
- 1+ year of real estate experience gained in an investment bank, private equity, investment management, corporate finance boutique, or Big 4
- Experience in assisting with management and underwriting of real estate transactions
- Excellent financial modelling skills
- Additional European languages are advantageous but not essential
