You will work closely with our experienced team to create a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the development of our young learners.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging and challenging learning experiences that meet the needs of our children
- Assess and record the progress of our children, using this information to inform future planning
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed of their child's progress and involving them in their child's learning
- Contribute to the development of our nursery's policies and procedures, ensuring that they are aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
