About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our Real Estate Future Energy team in Bristol. This role would suit a skilled Paralegal looking to develop their expertise in clean energy projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake due diligence on clean energy projects, including wind, solar, and battery storage, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide title due diligence and transactional support for clean energy projects, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with the real estate aspects of large clean energy financing transactions and disposals/acquisitions, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Deliver high-quality client service, maintaining strong relationships and identifying opportunities for business development.
  • Meet budget and target expectations, contributing to the Firm's success.
Requirements
  • Commercial real estate and/or landlord and tenant experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage a varied workload, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent written and oral communication.
  • Proficiency in IT systems and tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • A desire to develop legal skills in commercial property, clean energy, and transactional law.
