We are seeking a Support Worker to provide personalised support to service users living at our supported living service in Barrow, Cumbria.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide flexible support to service users, including days, nights, and weekends on a rota basis
  • Respect and promote the rights and entitlements of people with learning disabilities, challenging behaviours, and physical disabilities
  • Provide respectful personal care in accordance with individual support plans
  • Support service users in maintaining the safety, security, cleanliness, and comfort of their homes
  • Be responsive to changing needs and preferences of service users

Experience is desirable but not essential for this role. We are seeking individuals with the right values who are keen to make a positive difference to the lives of service users in Barrow, Cumbria.

Full training is provided, as is the opportunity to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
