We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Manager to join our team at Kreston Reeves. As a key member of our Financial Services team, you will be responsible for managing specific audit clients and workflow, providing high-quality client service experience while ensuring adherence to individual job budgets and maximum fee recovery.
Key Responsibilities- Client Management: Ownership of client portfolio/contacts for ongoing management and development, including partners and employees who are key stakeholders in audit work across the Service Line.
- Team Management: Day-to-day audit team management responsibility, including being a people manager where appropriate.
- Business Development: Developing and building own network of intermediaries and prospects, as well as government bodies and external organizations such as HMRC and ICAEW.
- Leadership and People Management: Be aware of individual team member capability and aspiration to 'enable' best performance of a team of direct reports through coaching and mentoring of audit team members.
- Internal Financial Management and Business Planning: Monitor performance of team and individuals' KPIs in line with the Audit SL business plan.
- New Business Development: Continue to build own network of intermediaries, seek to generate referrals from own client base and convert prospects into new clients.
