Project Management Officer

CBSbutler is seeking a highly skilled Project Management Officer to join our pioneering aerospace engineering company. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting Project Managers and Work Package Managers in maintaining and governing project schedules, utilizing our in-house project management system to coordinate efforts across the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Project Managers and Work Package Managers by maintaining and coordinating project schedules that influence key business decisions.
  • Drive project success by ensuring accurate tracking of tasks, timelines, and performance.
  • Contribute to exciting process improvements and system upgrades while delivering training and guidance to team members on the project management system.
  • Be the go-to expert for system enhancements, contributing ideas and innovations that keep us ahead of the curve.
Requirements:
  • Passion for Project Management: Proven experience in project planning or project management within engineering or manufacturing.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with systems like SAP, Primavera, or Planisware is a bonus (but full training is provided).
  • Team Player with a Can-Do Attitude: Collaboration is key. You'll be working closely with different departments and stakeholders to deliver top-tier results.
  • Detail-Oriented & Driven: Your precision and commitment to excellence will ensure projects run smoothly and effectively.
