As a Pension Technical, Research and Policy Officer at IPS Group, you will support the onboarding and implementation of new pension client schemes across Trusteeship, Administration and Pension Scheme Management, right throughout the client journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of pension schemes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality pension services to clients.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform pension policy and strategy.
  • Provide technical expertise to clients and internal stakeholders on pension-related matters.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Defined Benefit Pension Administration.
  • Excellent knowledge of pension schemes and administration processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
