Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join our team at Executive Network Legal Limited. As a Senior Employment Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing expert employment advice to our clients, managing a caseload of employment work, and advising on employer relations and restructures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide sound and commercially minded employment advice to clients
- Manage a caseload of employment work, including redundancy, disciplinary, grievances, whistleblowing, discrimination, detriment claims, and equal pay
- Have at least 7 years' PQE in employment law, with a proven track record in contentious and non-contentious employment matters, case management of Employment Tribunal claims, and advising on employer relations and restructures
- Gain exposure to a number of high-profile clients and develop strong client-facing skills
- Business develop and network in the North West market
Requirements:
- 7+ years' PQE in employment law
- Proven track record in contentious and non-contentious employment matters
