Solid State Phased Array Radar System Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary:
V2X is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the quality assurance program for the Solid State Phased Array Radar System (SSPARS) site. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the radar system and its components, as well as implementing and maintaining quality control processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality assurance plans and procedures to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure quality standards are met.
- Identify and document nonconformities and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with site management and quality teams to ensure effective quality control processes.
- Provide training and guidance to site personnel on quality assurance procedures and protocols.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on quality assurance activities and results.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
The successful candidate will work primarily in an office setting, but may spend time in maintenance shops, warehouses, or outdoors for extended periods. Travel around the site area may be required, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally is necessary.
