Job Title: Senior Office Administrator

Bell Cornwall Recruitment is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Office Administrator to join a fantastic Financial Advisory company in Wolverhampton.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all day-to-day activities of the practice are completed while adhering to compliance procedures.
  • Resolve in-person and telephone enquiries.
  • Process reports and documentation in a timely manner.
  • Oversee all duties within the office and ensure they are done effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain information on IT systems.
  • Perform various administrative duties, including filing, scanning, word processing, copying, and more.
  • Assist with ad-hoc Office Manager duties.
Requirements:
  • Previous senior office or practice management experience is essential.
  • Ideal experience within the financial services sector.
  • Knowledge of General MS, IT, and email/internet knowledge is necessary.
  • Attention to detail is crucial as the successful candidate will be dealing with correspondence and documentation.
  • The ability to use own initiative and work well under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and numerical skills.
  • A car driver with access to a car for commuting due to the remote location of the office.
