Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the cleanliness and safety of our locations, including communal areas and customer homes.
  • Use cleaning products effectively, following instructions and health and safety procedures at all times.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer needs and concerns in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality care and support, including participating in training and development opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, as required.
Requirements:
  • Customer service NVQ2 or equivalent experience.
  • Previous cleaning experience and knowledge, including the use of cleaning products and equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and empathy skills, with a friendly and approachable personality.
  • Understanding of data protection and confidentiality, as well as health and safety procedures.
