Key Responsibilities
As our Manufacturing Operations Director, you'll be responsible for driving overall plant performance, ensuring alignment with our commercial and operational objectives. You will champion our vision for a world-class facility powered by our own cutting-edge technology.
You will have significant experience in manufacturing leadership, with full P&L accountability, working towards our company's strategic objectives. Your leadership behaviors must be inspiring, and motivating with the ability to lead change.
The deployment of CloudNC technology into daily operations is crucial, requiring regular interface with our Technology Team to develop deployment plans and feedback loops to support the ongoing development of our innovations.
You will have in-depth knowledge of current Health and Safety, Environmental and Employment Laws and best practice application of these within a manufacturing environment, including experience of audits.
Our technology is based around the programming of CNC machines and associated factory automation, requiring a good working knowledge of CAM programming, and previous experience of using packages such as MasterCam, Siemens NX and Fusion.
Experience with engineering drawings and technical information to make informed decisions is crucial, as well as the ability to analyze, interpret and present data at a high standard.
