Job Description
This role involves supporting teaching staff in a SEND setting, providing assistance to students with special educational needs. The successful candidate will work closely with the teaching team to deliver high-quality education and support the students' learning and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Support teaching staff in delivering lessons and activities for students with SEND.
- Assist students with their learning and development, providing individualized support as needed.
- Work closely with the teaching team to develop and implement strategies to support students with SEND.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting the well-being and safety of all students.
Requirements
- Relevant experience working with students with SEND.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
