Job Title: Web Buyer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Web Buyer to join our dynamic commercial team at Frasers Group. As a Web Buyer, you will be responsible for expanding our existing categories by introducing new products and building relationships with our third-party brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Continuously identify and capitalize on new product opportunities to drive market growth and maximize sales.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to optimize product ranges and ensure stock levels are replenished online in the right volumes, at the right price, in the right places at the right times.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, consumer purchasing behavior, and sales performance to inform product decisions.
  • Regularly review and update product catalogues to ensure they are up-to-date, removing discontinued lines and refreshing where necessary.
  • Work closely with suppliers to negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to achieve the best possible outcomes for the business.

Requirements:

  • A passion for retail and a desire to work in a consumer-led product-based organization.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with suppliers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
