About the Opportunity
As an integral member of our dynamic team, you will leverage your expertise in immunoassays to contribute to a wide range of projects spanning diverse scales and complexities. You will function as a lead investigator, taking ownership of technical reviews, method validation, optimization, and development with guidance from senior colleagues.
Your responsibilities extend beyond individual contributions; you will actively mentor and guide junior scientists, fostering their growth and development within the team.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and validate immunoassays such as ELISA, Western blot, and others, ensuring accuracy, reproducibility, and sensitivity.
- Optimize assay conditions to meet project requirements and regulatory standards.
- Conduct routine testing and quality control procedures to maintain assay reliability.
- Analyze and interpret assay data, generating comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively with scientists, R&D teams, and quality assurance personnel to achieve project goals.
- Maintain a safe and compliant laboratory environment, adhering to all relevant regulations.
