Job Title: Operations Support Specialist

Job Summary:

The CPD Certification Service is a membership-based organisation that helps over 6,000 organisations produce world-class training and information-based material. We are seeking an experienced and skilled Operations Support Specialist to join our team of 21 home-based staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle member submissions and supervise our processes through to certification.
  • Undertake case management, ensuring a ruthless attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Train as an assessor, determining if CPD submissions are suitable for certification.
  • Review and assess a wide range of topics, including cupcake making, trapeze artistry, Safeguarding, and NATO battlefield injury treatment.

Requirements:

  • Education to tertiary level.
  • Experience in an educational or training environment.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
  • A suitable working location with a minimum 40MB download speed broadband connection.

What We Offer:

  • A starting salary of £30,000, rising to £32,000 after a six-month probationary period.
  • Flexible working hours, with the opportunity to work from home.
