Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at 360 Talent London, a boutique recruitment firm specializing in the high-end retail and ecommerce sector.

About the Role

This is a hybrid role that requires the consultant to work independently and remain self-motivated. The ideal candidate will have previous proven experience within luxury retail recruitment, a good understanding of luxury retail and brands, and the ability to work under pressure and multitask.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and recruit top talent for luxury retail clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Requirements
  • Previous experience in luxury retail recruitment
  • Good understanding of luxury retail and brands
  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
