Job Description

  • Manage and update databases with high precision to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with team members to collect and analyse data, identifying trends and insights to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and implement data standards to ensure consistency and quality across all platforms.
  • Resolve data-related problems in a timely and effective manner, minimising downtime and ensuring business continuity.
  • Generate and present reports based on data analysis, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Support the Secretarial & Business Support department with administrative tasks as needed, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection regulations.

The Successful Applicant

  • Has a solid understanding and experience in data management, with proficiency in database software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Can work well in a team and independently, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Has excellent problem-solving skills and initiative, with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
