Job Title: Dispute Resolution Law Solicitor

KLS Law is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Dispute Resolution Law Solicitor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional legal services to our clients, handling a range of legal, technical, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research and provide clients with advice on costs
  • Conduct interviews with clients in person and over the telephone
  • Assess legal problems and devise outline strategy for each case
  • Draft case papers and witness statements
  • Obtain information from relevant experts and assess the strengths and weaknesses of the case
  • Brief Counsel and negotiate settlements
  • Issue Proceedings and attend Court with Counsel
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow administrative systems and procedures

Requirements:

  • 1 year of legal experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage time effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
