Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at 1-800 Water Damage. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, ensuring timely completion, and delivering exceptional results.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with carpenters, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion.
  • Conduct site visits to inspect progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Collaborate with the Construction Manager and Construction Coordinator to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in construction project management, with a strong background in residential remodeling and new construction.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in cloud-based software, including Xactimate, and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
