As a Duty Pharmacy Manager at Tesco, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and leading a high-performing pharmacy team. Our pharmacies are led and supported exclusively by pharmacists, and we're committed to developing new ways to deliver the best service possible for our communities.
Key Responsibilities
• Supply prescriptions and deliver a range of NHS and private services to customers
• Play an active role in our charity support program, providing advice to people in the community at risk of or living with cancer, heart disease, and diabetes
• Support the Pharmacy Manager to lead, train, and develop colleagues
• Build relationships with Primary Care Networks and GPs' surgeries
• Ensure accurate payment claims for NHS-covered items
What You'll Need
• A Pharmacy Degree
• Passion for leading and empowering a team
• Membership of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and willingness to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme
• Completion of a DBS check
