About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate professional to join our team at Best Practice Network as an Education Leadership Position. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of early years professionals and contributing to the delivery of high-quality education programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of tutors to ensure the successful delivery of early years training programs.
  • Support the recruitment, development, and training of tutors, working closely with the Head of Early Years Training.
  • Conduct regular meetings with tutors to discuss progress, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Visit tutors in their settings to observe teaching practices and provide constructive feedback.
  • Assist with the preparation for external evaluations and examinations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest early years industry knowledge and best practices.
  • Motivate and support the team to achieve program targets and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Utilize strong IT skills to work effectively with online systems.
  • Hold a full driving license and be willing to travel to different settings.
