Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring sales contracts are accurately drawn up, reviewed against our CRM, and submitted on time to suppliers. You will also manage the entire sales contract submission process until contracts go live, process and follow up on pricing requests and energy invoice validations through our online portal, and produce business reports on a monthly basis.
In addition, you will assist with financial reporting and payroll preparation alongside our Directors, provide after-sales support, and respond to inbound customer queries professionally.
If you're a detail-oriented and proactive individual with excellent organizational skills, a confident telephone manner, and strong communication skills, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure sales contracts are accurately drawn up and submitted on time
* Manage the sales contract submission process
* Process and follow up on pricing requests and energy invoice validations
* Produce business reports on a monthly basis
* Assist with financial reporting and payroll preparation
* Provide after-sales support and respond to customer queries
