We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Operations to join our team at CEVA Logistics. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our operations team to deliver exceptional results and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of operations managers to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer experience
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior operations leadership role, preferably in a logistics or supply chain environment
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
