About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to join our Transport team at JRL Group Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all vehicles are recorded on the correct Operators License
  • Process defect reports
  • Conduct 6-weekly vehicle inspections in line with Operator's License requirements
  • Arrange annual MOTs for all vehicles
  • Verify LOLER certificates for vehicles with lifts
  • Ensure tachograph calibration certificates are up-to-date
  • Update fleet management systems with relevant information
  • Oversee compliance administration for the fleet, assisting depots with servicing and maintenance
  • Generate purchase orders for fleet-related expenses
  • Manage fuel cards and cost centers

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a busy transport or waste organization
  • Knowledge of FORS
