Role: Culinary Support Specialist

Working Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 7am to 2:30pm

Salary: £12.41 per hour

Contract: Permanent, School term-time only

Your Responsibilities

Key Duties:

  • Complete daily food safety documentation
  • Ensure high-quality food production and service
  • Understand and implement health and safety protocols
  • Assume kitchen supervisor responsibilities as needed
  • Manage stock and control waste effectively
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining and kitchen areas
  • Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Uphold service standards and agreements
  • Take pride in delivering exceptional service to meet customer expectations
  • Inspire and empower team members to achieve organizational goals

Required Qualifications:

Previous experience in a food service setting is essential, along with the ability to thrive in a dynamic catering environment.

Important Note:

An Enhanced DBS Check will be required for the successful candidate prior to commencing employment.
