The Facilities Manager is responsible for the upkeep and adherence to all company properties and ensures all estate-related inquiries are handled efficiently, contributing to the overall operational effectiveness of the organization.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Maintenance of Properties: Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of all company properties, including routine inspections and repairs.
  2. Compliance/Inspection Log: Maintain accurate records of compliance and inspection activities, ensuring all necessary documentation is up-to-date.
  3. Vehicle Maintenance and Compliance: Oversee the maintenance and compliance of company vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and meet all regulatory requirements.
  4. Insurance Renewals: Manage the renewal of company insurance policies, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and submitted on time.
  5. Yearly Compliance Renewals: Coordinate the renewal of all company compliance certifications, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and submitted on time.
  6. Procurement: Source and procure necessary materials and services for company properties, ensuring all purchases are made in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  7. Month-End Payables: Manage the processing of company payables, ensuring all invoices are paid on time and in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements for Success

  • A strong background in Facilities Management, with experience in maintenance, compliance, and operational effectiveness.
