Job Summary:

Paghalion is seeking a skilled Transportation Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for transporting staff and clients in a safe and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute daily transportation routes to ensure efficient and safe travel.
  • Operate a company vehicle, ensuring regular maintenance and cleaning services are performed.
  • Manage payments and expenses related to transportation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to staff and clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance transportation services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and staff to ensure a high level of satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Proven experience as a driver or in a related field.
  • Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation systems.
  • Ability to lift heavy packages and luggage.
  • Polite and professional demeanor, with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
