We are seeking a highly skilled Formulation Chemist to join our team at Science Solutions Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of new products and overseeing projects from concept through to launch.

• Develop and implement new product formulations
• Manage projects from concept to launch, ensuring accurate documentation and timely updates
• Present projects to key stakeholders and review project briefs
• Collaborate with the Regulatory team to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
• Participate in lab activities and provide technical support to the Commercial team
• Assist the Quality Manager in addressing technical issues and participating in production trials

• Chemistry degree or relevant subject
• Project management experience and ability to manage multiple projects
• Background in FMCG, Healthcare, Biocides, Cosmetics, or Detergents
• Proactive and confident individual with excellent communication skills
