Investigo is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support a significant Contact Centre initiative. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in managing projects within the Contact Centre domain.
This programme requires professionals with specialized knowledge in the intricacies of Contact Centre Transformation, including re-platforming and migration processes.
We are looking for seasoned contractors who can quickly adapt to 'client-side' environments, as opposed to supplier-side roles. Candidates should have expertise in areas such as contact centres, IVR systems, Chat Bots, Omni-Channel and Multi-Channel strategies, and the various challenges associated with these projects.
In addition to technical expertise, strong communication skills are essential. The successful candidate will be comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, participating in SteerCo meetings, and managing complex relationships while maintaining composure in high-pressure situations.
Investigo offers an initial 6-month contract that is Outside IR35, with flexible hybrid working arrangements, requiring attendance at the Staffordshire site a maximum of two days per week.
