The Strategic People Partner will work closely with the Senior Leadership team to drive business objectives and performance across the divisions at Virgin Media O2.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with and influence Senior Leaders to translate divisional strategies into HR actions and initiatives that enhance performance.
- Provide expert HR counsel to Senior Leaders on all people aspects, including transformation, organisational effectiveness, performance, and talent management.
- Implement Employee Experience initiatives that drive engagement and retention.
- Use data, analytics, and insights to influence and develop the business agenda and transform ways of working.
