Job Opportunity

TPF Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts & Audit Senior to join a fantastic firm of chartered accountants based in Sevenoaks, Kent. Our client is a dynamic and friendly firm that values staff retention and has a great working environment.

You will work in a general practice capacity across accounts, audit, and tax, with the opportunity to build your role around your experience and aspirations.

As an Accounts & Audit Senior, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting a diverse portfolio of clients, including owner-managed businesses and not-for-profit organizations.
  • Liaising with the team and clients to lead audits from planning to completion.
  • Providing accountancy and taxation advice and support to clients as needed.
  • Hosting and conducting pre-audit and post-audit meetings with clients.
  • Assisting in the management of a team of qualified and part-qualified accountants.
  • Mentoring colleagues and reviewing their work to ensure high-quality delivery and service.
  • Developing and expanding the team's skillset through training and support.
  • Contributing to the firm's growth by retaining existing clients and building relationships with prospective clients.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • ACA/ACCA qualification.
  • At least 3 years of practice experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
