Job Overview

Ribbons and Reeves Limited is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join their team as an Aspiring Educational Psychologist. This role offers a unique opportunity to support children with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN) and develop skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support children with SEN, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Speech and Language Needs, and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) Needs
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement individualized support plans
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance knowledge and skills in Educational Psychology
Requirements
  • At least a 2:1 Psychology Degree from a reputable institution
  • Experience working with children with SEN (desirable but not essential)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
