Senior Electrician

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Team Lead to join our team at Bromford. As a key member of our electrical operations team, you will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of electricians to ensure high-quality electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach a team of electricians to achieve high-quality electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations.
• Conduct pre and post-work audits to ensure compliance with NICEIC standards.
• Manage projects up to £25K, coordinate hired plant and operators, and maintain high-quality standards.
• Ensure all equipment is in top condition, promptly report defects, and keep accurate records of work.
• Develop and implement effective safety procedures to protect yourself, your team, and the public.

Requirements:

• City and Guilds 2360 Part 1 and 2 qualifications for Electrical Installation.
• City and Guilds 2391 Part 1 and 2 qualifications for Electrical Inspection Testing and Certification of Electrical Installations or equivalent.
• A current City & Guilds electrical qualification to the latest edition of the electrical regulations or equivalent.
• NVQ 3 or equivalent technical certificate in electrical engineering.
• Achievement Level 2 (AM2) practical qualification.
• Extensive recent experience as a domestic Installation Electrician, designing, wiring, and testing installations through to successful client handover.
• Experience in site management and a customer-focused environment.
