Recreation Supervisor

Part Time / 26.5 hours average over a 2-week schedule.

The role of Recreation Supervisor offers an excellent opportunity to engage in a diverse array of leisure activities. Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety and enjoyment of all patrons utilizing the Leisure Centre.
  • Assist in managing all facets of the daily operations of the Centre.
  • A National Pool Lifeguarding Qualification is preferred; however, successful candidates will receive comprehensive training in all aspects of the role. The position requires a background check.
  • Establish rapport and respect with clients and team members.
  • Communicate effectively across the organization.
  • Meet the demands of the role by being flexible with working hours when necessary.
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of customer needs.
  • Exhibit teamwork and collaboration.
  • Proactively develop the role using personal initiative.
