We are a leading engineering services business within the defence sector, seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to support our large customer programmes.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Strategic management of commodity and services suppliers to support customer bids and programmes
  • Run tenders, negotiate and award contracts, and negotiate contractual changes
  • Flow down of customer terms and conditions into subcontract agreements signed by the supply chain
  • Ensure suppliers deliver against production and manufacturing schedules
  • Manage stakeholders, including procurement colleagues, customers, and suppliers, working in an integrated project team

**Requirements**

  • Experience in project, IPT, or programme-related procurement activities
  • Procurement or supply chain experience within aerospace, defence, or engineering programmes
  • Experience in supporting bid work
  • Comfortable working with bespoke contracts
  • Excellent relationship building and stakeholder engagement skills
  • The ability to be both customer and supplier centric
