About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Trainee Conductor. As a Trainee Conductor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our trains and providing exceptional customer service to our passengers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the safe and efficient operation of trains
  • Provide excellent customer service to passengers
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of train routes, schedules, and procedures
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless train operations
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements
  • Not have defective colour vision or have undergone laser eye surgery
  • Be willing to work irregular and unsociable shift patterns
  • Live within a 60-minute commutable distance from the location you are applying for
  • Be over 18 years old
  • Be able to pass a drug and alcohol screening and meet the medical requirements for the role
