Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage all costs related to fire protection. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing tender and contract documents, evaluating and negotiating variations in contracts, and performing cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and manage tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
  2. Evaluate and negotiate contract variations
  3. Perform cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work
  4. Conduct risk assessments and provide advice on contractual claims
  5. Monitor project progress and ensure quality standards are met

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor
  • Strong knowledge of fire protection
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in cost control
