About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Superdrug. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacists and support staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and support staff to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of pharmacy practice
  • Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control
  • Collaborate with regional healthcare managers to achieve business targets
Requirements
  • Must be a GPhC qualified pharmacist
  • Preferably with experience of working in a community pharmacy
  • Strong leadership qualities and commercial acumen
  • Understanding of NHS pharmacy funding and how to maximise profit through the achievement of targets
