About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and support to clients, helping them to remain happy, healthy, and thriving in their own homes.
  • Assist with everyday tasks, such as cooking, light housework, and personal care.
  • Help clients access their community by accompanying them to appointments and activities.
  • Administer medication and provide reminders as needed.
