Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Communications Strategies: Collaborate with senior managers across various departments to create a content program that enhances public visibility in the media and among key external stakeholders.
  • Content Creation: Lead the creation of content for PR and communications campaigns, including project campaigns across websites, social media, conferences/events, press releases, and industry articles.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key external audiences, including government officials and local authorities.
  • Brand Management: Ensure senior leaders are effectively leveraged internally and externally to enhance brand awareness, reputation, and employee engagement.
  • Budget Management: Work with the Head of Communications to manage relevant budgets.
  • CRM Management: Maintain the CRM system to ensure accurate communication records.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Project Management Skills: Proven experience in managing communications and public affairs campaigns.
  • Strong Understanding of Media Environment: Ability to write and edit clear and concise copy.
  • Creative and Innovative Approach: Solid grasp of communications and public relations principles.
