Job Description:

Pertemps Crewe is seeking a reliable and skilled Class 2 HGV Driver to join their team. As a Class 2 HGV Driver, you will be responsible for:

  • Operating a curtain sider heavy goods vehicle for deliveries and collections.
  • Completing a maximum of 8 deliveries/collections per day.
  • Most loads are FLT'd off, ensuring efficient and safe transportation.
  • Delivering goods in the Manchester/Leeds area.
  • Receiving a £26 Night Out allowance.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • C Entitlement.
  • A valid Digi + CPC Card.
  • No more than 6 points on your driving license.
  • A full UK driving license.

Key Details:

  • Start times: 05:00.
  • Pay rate: £14.03 per hour (PAYE), £21.05 per hour (PH) after 48 hours worked.
  • Location: Crewe.
  • Duration: Monday to Friday, with ad hoc work and potential ongoing opportunities.
