About the Role:
The Cyber Security Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving cloud sales revenues from existing clients and acquiring new clients. To be successful in this role, you must have a deep understanding of the Microsoft Cloud Portfolio, as well as an awareness of how different businesses can be affected by security issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Solution Architecture, Engineering, and pre-sales teams to support sales efforts and create customer proposals.
- Assist Account Managers in qualifying opportunities and identifying potential sales prospects aligned with our expertise.
- Take ownership of sales engagements post-introduction, acting as the main point of contact for clients.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline in CRM, regularly updating management on progress and ensuring a seamless handover to operational teams.
- Proactively recommend value-added services to customers and address commercial objections during delivery.
- Support the Account Management role within a Virtual Account Team, ensuring a unified sales experience.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and a focus on achieving business objectives.
- A passion for Cloud Managed Services and a deep understanding of the Microsoft Cloud Portfolio.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various teams within the company.
