Are you a driven and ambitious individual looking to excel in a dynamic sales environment? We're seeking a talented Telesales Executive to join our elite team at 4Com Plc, a leading provider of cutting-edge telecommunications technology services across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to promote our products and services
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques
What We Offer:
  • A competitive basic salary of £30,000 per annum
  • Uncapped commission with a realistic OTE of £60,000, with average earnings in the team reaching £72,538 and top performers exceeding £103,232 per annum

Requirements:
  • Minimum 6-months experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role
  • Driven, motivated, and enthusiastic to exceed set targets

  • Influential, persuasive, and a strong communicator
  • Outgoing, fun, and comfortable in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
