The Role:

We are seeking an ambitious and talented Bar Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our bar operations team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our bars. Reporting to the Bar Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in shift management of the bar teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Promoting exceptional standards of customer service to drive customer loyalty and retention
  • Creating a positive image and environment that enhances all working relationships
  • Adhering to health and safety systems to maintain a safe and secure working environment
  • Driving team engagement and reward & recognition to motivate and inspire your colleagues
  • Assisting with stocktaking processes to ensure accurate inventory management
  • Open and close duties of all the bar areas to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization
  • Team training and development to equip your colleagues with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
